Rutgers.WPF is a Dutch NGO working in the field of sexual and reproductive health and education in developing countries.  With the UN’s new classification of Vietnam as a ‘middle-income’ country, Rutgers.WPF was forced to shut down its operations in Vietnam.  The video was meant to highlight the key accomplishments of Rutgers’ work in Vietnam.
